AuditDX seeks members who share a similar corporate culture, evidenced by a commitment to the following core values:
- 10% "give back" policy of contributing a min. (as audited by independent financial auditors) of 10% of revenues to ANY bonifide charitable organization or combination of organizations.
- Written NON-DISCRIMINATION practices in vendor selection, employee relations and customer relations, guaranteeing the member company never discriminates against someone they do business on the basis of any "protected class" (race, religion, skin color, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender, age, etc).
- Minimum 3 years in business.
- Must have a proactive eco-policy with a firm commitment towards environmental protection practices.
- Must have a strong customer centric mission statement, and willingness to proactively address any customer complaints, concerns, comments or disputes.
- Stakeholders in member company can have no criminal backgrounds, convictions of any felony, or have any child support action against them.
